Workskills Community Initiative (WCI) is a registered Community Based Organisation in Wakiso- Uganda established in 2021 with an aim of addressing the psycho-social and economic needs of underprivileged youth and women so that they are empowered to respond to the challenges they face in their given communities.

The organisation is working towards addressing unemployment and sustainable skills gap in the community in order to bring about radical change by providing life skills and technical trainings to women and youth, equipping them with knowledge on income generating activities that may support their households.

This is with the understanding that the youth when well trained in specific skills can be instrumental in building a sustainable economy for the nation while adding to the overall productivity and improved quality of life within their communities.
